Space Mama Piggy is an exhibit of a 200 page graphic novel in the making, from sketches to final inked pages. Space Mama Piggy suffers from separation anxiety after blasting her many, oh so many, babies off into space in a desperate act for survival. In their absence she rejects her worth and purpose and struggles to find value as an individual. She challenges the stereotypical perfect mother of children’s books to reveal the turbulent plethora of emotions hidden underneath the surface.
